ABOUT US

Hello and welcome to Courtney Computer Repair, I am currently working on getting my own store, but for right now I am based in my home. I can go over to any serious customer's location, (Business or residential),  and repair software or hardware only on the customer's computer(s) that they need done. I Currently don't have a drivers license so I would need any customers to come to my shop in Whitman. I have a intellectual disability so I may talk a little too fast, so if I talk to fast you can calmly tell me to slow down. Sometimes, due to my disability, I may ask you to repeat yourself so that I can make sure that I heard what you need to say. I might need you to tell me any important information about the computer such as an Blue Screen of death that has an error code, manufacturer, eg HP, acer, DELL, Lenovo/IBM, what you were doing or what was going on in the environment, eg, drinking soda/water, power outage, dust, static when the computer stopped working and the model, eg ThinkPad, ProBook, ProDesk, Pavilion, latitude, inspiron however I will always be honest to all of my customers.

I am CompTIA A+ certified so that you can be assured that I will fix the computer the right way

in fact I will warranty my work for 30 days, if you buy new parts from a reputable online or local store such as best buy, Newegg , or amazon, they will usually provide a 30 day return policy and the manufacturer will usually provide a 90 day to 1 year warranty. We are not a walk-in business please call in advance to make an appointment. if you need to drop off your computer to me, please call me in advance. I can only accept cash no checks or cards. I can give a receipt and/or invoice upon request.
